RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR) – Skies will remain overcast early Tuesday morning, with scattered drizzle and patchy fog, until a cold front passes through mid-morning from the west to the east. This front will mix out the fog and sweep the cloud-cover out to sea, leading to a sunny and windy afternoon.
