HENRICO COUNTY, Va. (WTVR) – Henrico Police released a photo of a man wanted for stealing pocketbooks, wallets and credit cards from cars and trucks parked in the West End. Police said there have been nearly 30 thefts, mostly south of Patterson Avenue, in the last month.

While the targeted vehicles were – for the most part – left unlocked, some victims reported their car windows were smashed.

Police obtained a photo of the suspect after they said he tried to use a stolen credit card at the Forest Hill Walmart last month.

Police describe the suspect as:

  • white male
  • possibly in his late 20’s or early 30’s
  • wearing a Miami Dolphins ball cap, an oversized jacket, blue jeans, and white tennis shoes

Call Henrico Police at (804) 501-5000 or Crime Stoppers at (804) 780-1000 if you know anything that can help police.
