First lady Michelle Obama shared how she stays healthy during a Twitter Town Hall today, Taking questions from the #AskFLOTUS hashtag.
The online forum was held to promote the first lady’s three-year-old Let’s Move initiative.
It’s dedicated to fighting childhood obesity.
Mrs. Obama shared with online viewers that kick boxing is her favorite stress reliever.
For the winter she says turkey and veggie chili keeps her warm and healthy during those cold months.
