Henrico County Schools spokesman Andy Jenks joined CBS 6 This Morning to discuss the decision to delay school on Thursday.

"What we have to keep in mind is that people come to Henrico County from all around the metro area," Jenks said. "We have to get a broad picture of what the roads look like everywhere to make sure the students and the staff can get to work and to school safely and on time."
