UPDATE: Richmond Police identified the victim of Saturday’s fatal hit and run as Armando E. Ramos, 51, of the 5100 block of Old Warwick Road.
RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR) -- Officials say a man found dead on a sidewalk in the city early Saturday morning was the victim of a hit-and-run.
Richmond police were called to the 5200 block of Hull Street around 1:43 a.m. Saturday.
That's where police discovered a man they described as a Hispanic male in his early fifties. The victim was pronounced dead at the scene.
The medical examiner said Saturday that the man was the victim of a hit-and-run.
