Fire prompts Richmond school evacuation
RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR) — A fire forced an evacuation at Blackwell Elementary School Friday.
A Richmond Public Schools spokesperson said the fire started inside a boy’s restroom.
Students were moved to the annex building while crews put out the fire.
