RICHMOND, Va (WTVR) – With the winter weather we had last month, Samantha Reid decided to create a music video to the catchy tune, ‘Call Me Maybe’ in hopes her school’s Chief Operating Officer would close school for the snow.  Her video was recently posted and already has over 14-thousand views.
