RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR) -- The YMCA training team kicked off their ten week training program Saturday. The program is intended to have even beginners ready in time for the 10K run on April 13.
The teen week training program is for beginners, intermediate and advanced walkers and runners looking for team-based preparation.
This year the race has seen record registration numbers. According to Sports Backers, over 20,000 people have already signed up for the race.
