HENRICO COUNTY, Va. (WTVR) – A couple accused of raping a child was cleared of the charges in Henrico County court, according to a Henrico County Courts clerk.
During a Jan. 14 trial, 30-year-old Bernard Willis was found not guilty of one rape and one sodomy charge. A second rape charged was Nolle prosequi.
Forty-two-year-old Danielle Whitaker was found not guilty of the five counts of sodomy and rape she faced.
