A new study in the Wall Street Journal says people who sleep on their side or back get the most restful sleep. They say those positions can help reduce back and neck problems.
The publication reports that “in some cases, sleeping in the same position night after night can itself create pain, such as neck or shoulder problems.”
Researchers also say a restful night sleep can help you heal faster from an illness.
