High school shooting; shots fired at Taft high school

(WTVR) – The Los Angeles Times reports at least two people were shot at Taft Union High School in Kern County, Calif. The Times reported the shooting suspect was taken into custody.

One of the students suffered a minor injury. Baskersfieldnow.com reported a second student injured in the shooting was flown to the hospital. That student’s condition has not yet been released.

The station reported the shooting happened inside the school, on the second floor.
