Firefighters save dog from culvert

RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR) — Richmond fire crews rescued a dog stuck in a pipe Wednesday afternoon.

The animal managed to get trapped in a culvert along Patterson Avenue around noon.

The Richmond Fire Department’s Technical Rescue crew was called and pulled the animal out of the pipe.

Official said Ramsay the dog was not hurt in the ordeal.
