Baby in runaway shopping cart rescued

A normal day turned into a nightmare for one Wisconsin mom, when a shopping cart carrying her baby rolled out of a store parking lot and headed straight for oncoming traffic. Amazingly, a police officer managed to show up just in the nick of time. And, his life-saving heroics were caught on tape by his dashboard camera.
