RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR) - Wind advisories and high wind warnings are in effect from now until noon Saturday for western Virginia.  Temperatures will hold in the 40s today with variable clouds. Wind chills will remain in the 30s, though, so it will feel colder than it actually is.
