RICHMOND, Va (WTVR) – Expect delays and standstill traffic for up to 15 minutes at the Huguenot Bridge today. Crews have extended construction today and tomorrow along the popular thoroughfare. Crews will have alternating lane closures over the bridge. Please use the Willey Bridge and Chippenham instead.
