RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR) - A local Home Depot was evacuated on Saturday due to a suspicious briefcase that was left in a shopping cart.
Police say it was the store's decision to evacuate after the briefcase was found. A customer found it and reported it to the store manager.
It turns out that the briefcase was harmless, and the scene has been cleared.
