Richmond, VA (WTVR) – Dominion Virginia Power is going green and it may cost customers more.
State regulators have approved a plan that will allow the company to generate electricity by putting solar panels on rooftops in Richmond.
The $80-million project is expected to generate enough electricity to power about 6,000 homes.
