RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR) – Monday is the traditional big day for online retailers to offer deals on their products, but what makes the day so special?

Many online stores have been offering deals all week to compete with stores that are opening earlier and earlier for holiday shopping.

David Urban, a professor from the VCU School of Business Marketing, joins Julie Bragg in the CBS 6 studios to talk about Cyber Monday.
