RICHMOND, Va (WTVR)- Painter Louis Briel created a portrait of the late President John F. Kennedy and he was able to personally present it to then Attorney General, Robert Kennedy.  Mr. Briel has often wondered what become of that painting almost 50 Years ago.  He shared his story and his quest to learn more about his painting.
