RICHMOND, Va (WTVR) – Crews will be on scene along 95 North continuing bridge work at the Boulevard today. Expect the right lane to be closed at mile marker 78. Repairs are scheduled between 8:30am and 3pm.

Avoid the area by using 295, Powhite or the Downtown Expressway instead.
