Police: Drunk driver hit EMT on VSU campus

PETERSBURG, Va. (WTVR) - Officers at Virginia State University are investigating a case where they say an EMT was hit by a drunk driver.

Chief Wallace said the incident happened around 4 a.m.  They are not releasing the name of the emergency official who was hit.

The suspect was being transported when it happened.
