NY cop arrested for keeping database on 100 women
NEW YORK (WTVR) – A police officer is in custody after the FBI found him talking online about kidnapping, killing, and eating at least two women.
He is also accused of keeping a detailed database of a hundred more potential victims.
The officer arrested passed the NYPD psych test required to be in the force and has no history of violence. His defense lawyer says the accusations are exaggerated.
