How to prepare for Sandy’s landfall
RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR) – Red Cross representative John McNamara dropped by the CBS 6 studios to talk about what families need to do in the event of power failure or worse following Hurricane Sandy.
The Red Cross recommends that families have a gallon of water per person per day. They also ask that pets have enough food as well.
The Red Cross has a lot more helpful information on their mobile applications for people to use as a reference when preparing.
