Thomas Jefferson football breaks big losing streak
RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR) – Thomas Jefferson High School’s football team went 41 games in a row without a win, the Vikings rough streak was finally broken last August.
New coach Chad Hornik helped lead them to a win. Now he is setting his sights on new equipment and upgrades to the school’s athletic facilities.
A local business is also lending a helping hand and the goal is to raise $175,000 in order to be ready for the next season.
