Winning lottery ticket worth one million sold in Chesterfield

Chesterfield, VA (WTVR)- Someone is Chesterfield is now a lot richer. The Virginia Lottery says a winning ticket in Saturday night’s Powerball drawing was sold in the county.

The ticket was purchased at the Food Lion on Courthouse road. The Virginia Lottery says that winning ticket is worth one million.

So far the winner hasn’t come forward.

Here are the winning numbers from Saturday’s Powerball Drawing: 14-18-28-29-57 and the Powerball number was 8.

Additionally, officials with the Virginia Lottery said that there were two other big wins in Chesterfield. One was a scratch-off ticket worth $125,000. The other was a Mega Millions and the woman won $250,000.
