HENRICO COUNTY, Va. (WTVR) - Henrico Police arrested a man in connection with a deadly weekend shooting. Michael Jeter Mabry, Jr., 24, is charged with second degree murder. Police said Mabry shot and killed Donald M. Sims, Sr., 62, Sunday evening around 6:30 p.m.

Mabry and Sims got into an argument prior to the shooting,  Henrico Police Lt. Linda Toney wrote in an email to CBS 6.

A neighbor who said he witnessed the shooting told CBS 6 reporter Tracy Sears the victim and the suspect argued about noise that came from motorized dirt bikes driven in the woods behind the victim's Kenwood Avenue home.
