UPDATE: All lanes open on 95; delays easing

RICHMOND, Va (WTVR) – Crews have completely cleared construction on 95 at the Bryan Park. Delays are easing.

Here’s the details: Construction ran late on 95 this morning. Travel lanes were due to be closed in both directions through 7 a.m. between Lombardy Street (mile marker 77) and Laburnum Avenue (mile marker 79). Delays are now easing.

Through traffic is encouraged to use I-295 to avoid the work zone. Local traffic can use I-195/Downtown Expressway (toll), Route 288 or Route 1/301 as an alternate.
