Richmond Symphony Orchestra League Designer House

CHESTERFIELD, Va (WTVR)

The Richmond Symphony Orchestra League has done it again, every two years a house is selected as the Designer House, this year it is Pinifer Park in Midlothian, a Stately Queen-Anne style house built in 1910.  Pinifer Park, 3312 Robious Crossing Drive, has been renovated and decorated by some thirty designers in several different styles, inside spaces as well as outside spaces, including the caretakers cottage.

The house was built for the Edwin C. Laird family on a 238 acre estate as a summer retreat from their Park Avenue home in Richmond’s Fan District. The doors will open to the public Monday, September 10 through Monday, October 8. In addition to daily tours there will be special wine tasting events at, “Thirsty Thursdays” from 5:30-7:30pm.
