HOUSTON (KPRC) – It took a gun shot wound and a police stun gun to stop a naked burglary suspect in Texas.  On Monday, a woman called police saying she caught the man trying to break into her son’s Houston home.

When officers arrived, the son told police he had shot the suspect.

“He never would’ve stopped. That’s why I started shooting. It was just to stop him. I was really scared. I didn’t know what he was going to do,” said  Anthony Allen.

The suspect was naked when police found him bleeding in a car.   They say they shot him with a stun gun when he approached them in a threatening way.

The man was arrested and is expected to survive his injuries.
