Saturday storm & flood reports

A slow-moving storm system dumped a lot of rain across parts of Virginia on Saturday.  Some rainfall amounts exceeded 6 inches with multiple reports of flooding.  There were also some tornado warnings issued for the Norfolk area and the eastern shore.  One tornado in Accomack county caused damage and an injury.
