Accident near Quioccasin Rd. and Starling Dr.

HENRICO COUNTY, Va. (WTVR) – The area around Quioccasin Road and Starling Drive is blocked due to a tractor trailer trying to make a turn.  The vehicle ended up hitting a curb.
