RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR) -- Wednesday Eli Webb turned himself in to authorities after a Richmond grand jury indicted him on felony hit and run charges. His charges are connected to the hit and run death of 24 year old Lanie Kruszewski on River Road.

Todd Stone spoke to CBS 6 about what circumstances the judge took into account when granting Webb a $200,000 bond. Webb was also forced to surrender his driver's license and his passport.
