HOPEWELL, Va. (WTVR) - Family members have just notified CBS 6 that 55-year-old Debbie Eavey has been found safe. She was located in southwest Virginia after last being seen Wednesday morning at her Hopewell home.
They say she has been reunited with family members and is doing fine.
They were very worried when they realized her purse and car were gone, but her cell phone was still at the house.
Eavey suffers some short-term memory loss due to a brain aneurysm 20 years ago, which added to their concern.
Eavey is now back at home and her family members are grateful for the support they received from the community during their search.
