Louisville, KY (WTVR)--A man in Kentucky is using his brother's death to change the lives of others.

Seth Collins' brother Aaron left a will asking for someone to leave an "awesome tip" of $500 dollars for a pizza server.

Aaron died earlier this month.

Preliminary reports indicate suicide, but his family doesn't believe that's possible.

This video shows the second $500 dollar tip they gave out.

Collins said the waitress works three jobs while going to school and she was pulling a double the day they surprised her with the cash.

Seth Collins said the family was able to do this after their first tip video went viral and donations poured in -- $50,000 dollars.

He said this will allow them to surprise a server every week for two years.
