RICHMOND, Va (WTVR) – Crews will have dual lane closures in both directions for bridge work. Avoid the area between Laburnum and Boulevard if you can. Workers will be on scene from 8pm – 6am.

Use 195, the Downtown Expressway or 295 instead.
