(WTVR) – More jobs, bigger paychecks and higher sales, that’s the prediction the Thomas Jefferson Institute is making for Virginia in the next year.

The economic forecast for the next 12 months shows Virginia is doing much better than most states, because it is regaining a large percentage of jobs lost during the recession and home prices are increasing.

The report also says that recovery is slow, on pace with the rest of the country.
