AUBURN, Wa. (WTVR) - An unmarked police car in Washington was burned to a crisp when police tried to stop people from shooting off fireworks this Fourth of July.
The fire started in the trunk of the car and then destroyed the entire vehicle.
Investigators are still trying to determine whether or not the officer driving the car ran over burning debris, or if it was hit directly by fireworks.
