ON YOUR MENU: Ned and Bev’s Salsa

2 (14oz.) cans black beans, rinsed and drained well
2 cans (11oz.) white corn, rinsed and drained well
4-to-6 green onions, chopped
1/2 red pepper, chopped
6 oz. feta cheese (crumbled)

Dressing:   
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
1-2 teaspoons garlic powder or
1 clove garlic, crushed
salt and pepper to taste

Mix beans, corn, onions, red pepper in bowl.  Mix dressing and pour over bean mixture.  Chill well.  (This tastes better the longer you let it marinate)

Drain and mix in feta cheese before serving.
