RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR)- This weekend Berkeley Plantation in Charles City will commemorate the 150thanniversary of TAPS. Jari Villanueva, the country’s foremost expert on military bugle calls, shares with us the history of ‘TAPS’ and performs the song.The 3-day event kicks off Friday with a re-dedication of the TAPS 150 monument on Saturday at 11am.
