State Police raise money for Special Olympics of Virginia

(WTVR) - After an intense game of flag football, the Virginia State Police raised money for the Special Olympics of Virginia.

The State Police and the Virginia Hornets say they raised nearly $600 for the organization.

The game took place Saturday at Highland Springs High School.

The Hornets beat the State Police 38 to 19.

Virginia State Police says they want to thank everyone for their support for the Special Olympics of Virginia.
