RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR) – The Youth Alcohol and Drug Abuse Prevention Project Conference is July 16th through the 20th at Longwood University.  Conference Director, Steve Hammond, tells us more about the event which aims to empower teens to be alcohol and drug free. Registration ends June 29th.
