On Your Menu: Father’s Day Steak
1 lb. flat Iron steak
1 large size oven bag
1 package Onion soup mix
1-2 baking potatoes
Pre heat oven 300 degrees.
Peel potatoes, if preferred. Cut each potato into 1/2 inch slices.
Place steak and potatoes into prepared oven bag and sprinkle dried onion mix evenly over steak and potatoes. Close bag and cut 6 slits on top. Place on pan and
bake for one hour.
After the steak is done, carefully remove the meat and potatoes to platter and serve.
