Boating safety courses required starting in July
(WTVR) – If you are thinking about heading onto any body of water in Virginia in a boat or jet ski — it’s time to sign up for a boating safety classes.
In fact, beginning July 1 anyone who operates a personal watercraft must take a boating safety class and receive certification.
