Special Olympics Virginia 30th Anniversary Summer Games
RICHMOND, Va (WTVR)
Special Olympics Virginia wants you to get “Fired Up” with them as they celebrate their 30th Anniversary Summer Games happening June 8-9 in Richmond. It all starts Friday 10am with The Law Enforcement Torch Run Final Leg Ceremony at the State Capitol. Then at 8pm Officers will carry the Flame of Hope into the Summer Games Opening Ceremony at the University of Richmond’s Robins Center.
Summer Games competition begins Saturday morning at 9am at the University of Richmond and various other locations around the city.
