Police: “Really” drunk man steals motorized wheelchair

UTICA, Mich. (WTVR) – Police arrested a Michigan man this week and charged him with suspicion of drunken driving. Police told WDIV in Detroit that Raymond Kulma had stolen a man’s motorized wheelchair and drove off.

Police said Kulma was “really drunk” at the time. It was his 7th drunk driving arrest, WDIV reported.
