RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR) - The 17th Street Farmer's Market in Shockoe Bottom will be jazzing it up this weekend with the Shockoe Bottom Jazz Festival, a day of music, art and food.  featuring DJ Williams Band, Scott Frock & The killin 5, StoneBrook Moonshine, Paul C Bagley, and Jarrard Anthony and other bands.
