(WTVR) – When you eat may be just as important as what you eat to prevent obesity and diabetes.

Scientists at the Salk Institute in California found that regular eating times may over-ride the adverse effects of a high-fat diet.

Researchers tested mice and found those limited to eating during an 8 hour period were healthier than mice who ate non-restricted all day long.
