Traffic Forecast AM: May 14th

RICHMOND, Va (WTVR) -  Crews may put work on hold due to wet weather. Temporary construction could be suspended. However, permanent construction barriers will stay in place. One area that has those permanent barriers is along the Downtown Expressway. Crews will have the ramps narrowed and possible shoulder closures between Meadow and Cary.
