Richmond Police teach kids bike safety skills

(WTVR)--Richmond police rolled out their bicycle expertise for a "bike rodeo" this afternoon in Forest Hill Park.

Police were there to teach kids the importance of bike safety.

Richmond police also provided free bike maintenance.

With the help of donations police were able to hand out free helmets, reflectors and safety headlights.
