Police arrested and charged Moore back in March when Baldwin said she tried to get a Sheriff’s Office Investigator to hand deliver of a letter to an inmate. Baldwin said the letter contained marijuana in it.

Inmate Kendrick A. Cartwright, 27, was indicted on five charges in this incident. Cartwright’s charges are similar to Moore, Baldwin said.

Cartwright, who is currently being held on two prior felony convictions, is scheduled to appear in court Monday afternoon.

Moore is being held without bond in the Richmond City Jail. She is due back in court next month.
